Jeremy Ross specializes in raising capital for private and public companies, with a focus on the marijuana, energy metals and mining sectors. Through his role as President of Blackhill Consultants, he has raised over $370 million in financing over the last 22 years for private and micro-cap startups. He has an extensive network of contacts in the institutional and capital markets space, as well as strong relationships with private equity and high-net-worth individual investors.

Jeremy has a strong background in corporate development and is skilled at planning and implementing high-profile market awareness, lead generation and corporate growth campaigns. He has built an impressive team of marketing and communications professionals and is able to deliver end-to-end marketing programs for public companies.

In addition to his role as founding President of Blackhill Consulting, Jeremy is the VP corporate development for Lithium Chile Inc. and serves on the board of several companies, including Bluebird Battery Metals, EuroCann, and CannaIncomeFund—an MJ investment fund.

Jeremy is a partner is a founding partner of Serapis Life Sciences—a globally integrated cannabis company with assets in Israel.

Prior to his current board appointments, Jeremy was a director of Fission Uranium (a multiple-award-winning uranium company), and was also a director of SpeakEasy (a publicly listed MJ company which he still assists as a member of the advisory board). He has been part of two publicly traded venture companies—Able Auctions and Smart Tire Systems—which both graduated to the AMEX (NYSE).
